This 38,000 sq ft mixed use project will be built in the heart of downtown Sequim. The project is designed to enhance the pedestrian and shopping environment of the downtown core. A 3-story, glass-roofed atrium of fountains, trees, hanging gardens, and colorful display windows will draw shoppers into the complex. Leading to the second level of shops and offices will be a fern-lined circular stair. On the third level are residential condominiums with views of the surrounding mountains and islands.
