Giant knee braces support the broad overhangs, echoing the branches of the native oak groves. Walls of glass reveal the beauty of the building's structure. The heart of the building is a three-story atrium terrace. Steel branches support a transparent roof over the terrace and cast dappled shadows on the ferns, moss, and rocks below. Broad steps and ramps lead from the surface parking to the elevated terrace, where people enjoy browsing or dining under white oaks. Below is a parking garage for residents and employees.
